Please note that all meals are prepared in a facility that exclusively uses vegan ingredients; however, cross-contamination with allergens cannot be guaranteed. 3. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer several subscription plans to suit your lifestyle and needs. By signing up for a subscription plan, you agree to the following terms regarding billing and payment:

4. Delivery Policies

a. Delivery Zones

We provide delivery services to specific locations within Vancouver, BC, and nearby areas. Please check our website or contact us directly to confirm if we deliver to your area.

b. Delivery Timing

Deliveries are made on designated days between 8 AM to 6 PM. While we strive to adhere to the schedule, please understand that delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

c. Missed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, the delivery will be left at your doorstep (where safe and applicable). We are not liable for the freshness or condition of meals left unattended.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or inability to safely deliver, you may be charged additional fees for redelivery.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policies

a. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

b. Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not offer refunds for delivered orders. However, in cases where meals are damaged, or an error occurred in your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

c. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or incomplete, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, remedy the issue via redelivery, credit, or refund.

The following terms apply to reward usage: • Redemption Restrictions: Rewards can only be redeemed for eligible products or services offered by Freshify Meals as outlined in the program rules. • Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or used toward any non-eligible purchases. • Misuse of Rewards: Any attempt to convert rewards into cash or transfer them fraudulently will result in the forfeiture of the rewards and possible suspension of your account. If the order is placed within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, etc. All payments must be completed in Canadian dollars (CAD). • Cancellation Policy and Fees: • Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your catering order, please notify us in writing at freshifymeals@gmail.com. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit but will not incur any additional charges. Timely submission is critical to allow sufficient time for menu adjustments, ingredient sourcing, and preparation. • Disclaimers: • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information provided.
