What is Freshify Meals
We’re a meal prep company that delivers fresh, chef-crafted meals straight to your door. Our goal is to make healthy eating convenient, delicious, and stress-free.
How does it work?
Simply choose your meals from our weekly rotating menu, select your delivery schedule, and we’ll handle the rest! Meals arrive fresh and ready to heat and eat.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All our meals are made fresh and delivered the same day to preserve taste and quality. We never freeze our meals unless requested.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Each meal comes labeled with a “best by” date for your convenience.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes! We offer customizable options for certain meals and accommodate most dietary preferences including vegan, gluten-free, and low-calorie.
What if I have food allergies?
We take food allergies seriously. All ingredients are listed for each meal, but we prepare our meals in a kitchen with other dishes being prepared that may have allergens in them, so we cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contamination.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes, we offer both one-time orders and flexible subscription plans. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley and WhiteRock. Each area has designated days.
When will my meals be delivered?
Deliveries are made on Sundays for Vancouver. You’ll receive a notification when your meals are on the way.
How do I heat the meals?
Meals can be heated in the microwave in 2–3 minutes or transferred to an oven-safe dish for reheating. Instructions are included on the label.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a 3 Pack-meal minimum per order to ensure freshness and efficiency.
What’s your refund or satisfaction policy?
We want you to love every meal. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
